Bill Klingbeil
operates his own PR company, BK3 Public
Relations, in Bloomington, IL.
His primary client since 2001 has
been Donny Schatz Motorsports.
BK3PR serves as the team's
Public Relations and Marketing Manager
and is on site at a number
of World of Outlaws events.
J&J Auto Racing has also been
a client of BK3PR since
2001. Prior to working with DSM
and J&J Auto Racing, Bill
held a similar position with Amoco Racing
from 1998 through 2000 working with
Knoxville Raceway,
Dale Blaney
and the late Kevin Gobrecht. Bill has been involved
with sprint car racing since
1995 when he began writing a newsletter
called "Outlaw Trail".
